The Essential plan is perfect for individual traders who want to get started with no cost for 12 months, while the Professional and Multi-Connect plans are tailored for traders that need more speed and capabilities or running multiple connections simultaneously.

An active (concurrent) connection refers to a unique MT4/MT5 or Telegram/Discord account that you can connect to your webhook at the same time. Each plan includes a specific number of active connections, allowing you to manage multiple trading strategies or accounts simultaneously. We support up to 20 active connections in our highest-tier plan.

Yes! You can get started with a free plan. If you want to explore more about paid features, we offer a 7-Day Free Trial with all features so you can test the platform before committing to a paid subscription.

You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately, and any unused days from your current plan are automatically credited toward your new one - so you won't be charged until your credit is used up.

For example, if you have 10 days remaining on the Professional plan ($30/month) and upgrade to the Multi-Connect plan ($60/month), your remaining credit is calculated as 10 × ($30 ÷ $60) = 5 days. This credit is applied to your new plan, so your next billing cycle begins 5 days later.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Profile. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

We don't issue refunds for unused time or partial billing periods. However, you're free to cancel at any time to stop future charges.
