Yes! We offer Free Alert Credits for all new users to let you able to try all connections without any cost or limits. No credit card required. No commitment. No expiration. You can use these credits to explore our services and see how they fit your needs before deciding to subscribe.
Free Alert Credits are complimentary credits provided to new users, allowing them to test all connections at no cost and without limitations. Each credit corresponds to one TradingView alert sent to Pip Sender. These credits are shared across all connections and never expire.
Once you have used all your free alert credits, your connections will be paused. You can continue using our services by subscribing to our reasonable plans that suit your needs. This ensures uninterrupted access to our platform and its features.
We provide only one plan that includes all premium features for each connection. No tiers or limits. So you don't need to worry about upgrading or downgrading. However, you can change your billing period from monthly to yearly or vice versa. When you change your billing period, any remaining days from your current subscription will be converted into a credit towards your new subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your connection Settings. Your connection will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.
We don't issue refunds for unused time or partial billing periods. However, you're free to cancel at any time to stop future charges.
We use PayPal to securely process payments. And we accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal, as well as PayPal balance for your convenience.
