By using Pip Sender, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. We've kept the language clear and straightforward so it's easy to understand.

Overview

Pip Sender is an online service that enables users to automate actions based on alerts or messages from various platforms, including integrations with trading platforms and messaging apps. Access to the service may require an active subscription.

Free Offer

  • The free offer period may vary depending on our system's capacity and marketing purposes.

  • To maintain system stability, we may need to temporarily pause the free offer at anytime. Existing accounts with free offer will continue without interruption.

  • After your free period ends, you'll need to choose a paid plan to keep your account running without disruption.

  • Free duration is counted from the sign up date.

Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscription plans
    Pip Sender is a subscription-based service with different pricing options based on features and usage limits. Full plan details are available on the website.

  • Upgrade / downgrade
    You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime in your account settings. Changes take effect immediately. Any unused time from your current plan is credited toward the new plan based on relative pricing (rounded).

  • Billing cycles
    Subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, depending on your selection. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Monthly plans renew every 30 days; annual plans every 365 days.

  • Free trials
    Free trials may be offered for new users. After the trial ends, you must choose a subscription plan to continue using the service. Otherwise, your account may be suspended and access to your data may be removed.

  • Payment methods
    Payments are securely processed via PayPal. You can pay using PayPal or any supported credit/debit card. You must keep valid billing information on file.

  • Renewals
    Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand.

  • Cancellation
    You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Refunds
    All payments are non-refundable. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time, downgrades, or cancellations.

  • Failed payments
    If a payment fails or a billing method is declined, access to the service may be suspended or terminated until payment is resolved.

  • Price changes
    Prices may change at any time. Any updates will be communicated in advance and applied to the next billing cycle.

Affiliate Program

1. Overview

By joining the Pip Sender Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. The program allows registered affiliates to earn commissions for referring new users to Pip Sender.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals or entities with a valid Pip Sender account. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any affiliate from the program at our discretion.

3. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked via cookies placed in the user's browser when they click your unique affiliate link.

  • Cookies are valid for 60 days from the initial click.
  • If a user clicks multiple affiliate links, the latest cookie determines who receives the referral credit.

4. Commissions

You will earn a commission when a referred user subscribes to a paid plan within the cookie validity period.

  • All commissions are subject to a 15-day pending period for verification and fraud prevention.
  • After this period, confirmed commissions are credited to your affiliate account as an available balance.
  • The minimum payout threshold is $10. Automatic payouts occur once your balance reaches this amount.
  • If a user you referred purchases a plan through our secret offers before creating an account, your commission will still be tracked. However, it will be credited only after they use the subscription code to activate their subscription.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed automatically via your registered PayPal account. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate. Pip Sender is not responsible for failed or delayed payments due to incorrect information.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

  • Refer themselves.
  • Use misleading, spammy, or deceptive promotional methods.
  • Engage in paid traffic, keyword bidding, or advertising that misrepresents Pip Sender.
    Violations may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

7. Modifications

Pip Sender reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pip Sender is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program, including loss of income or data.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your account.
  • Use the service lawfully and in compliance with these Terms.
  • Not send spam, abusive content, or violate the policies of connected services (e.g., TradingView, Telegram. Discord, MT4/MT5).
  • Trading signals must be sent via TradingView's alert feature. Messages from any other sources will not be processed.
  • Avoid overloading or abusing the system with excessive or unintended usage.
  • Ensure the accuracy and legality of any data you send or process via the platform. Violations may result in suspension or termination without notice.

Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.

Account Corrections

We reserve the right to review and modify user accounts in the event of errors, inaccuracies, or misuse. This includes, but is not limited to, correcting account information, adjusting access levels, or updating subscription details if they were created or applied incorrectly. When possible, we will notify users of any significant changes made to their accounts.

Privacy

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for misuse or violations of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Pip Sender is provided "as is," without warranties. We are not responsible for losses or damages caused by missed alerts, delayed execution, or service interruptions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. By continuing to use the service after updates are published, you agree to the revised terms.

When changes are made, we will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date
  • Post the revised version on this page
