🔑 Manage Licenses
What is a License?
A license serves as your unique key to connect with the Pip Sender.
- Each active connection requires a valid license to connect with Pip Sender.
- Multiple connections can use the same license to receive identical trading signals.
- Every connection is secured by default in all plans - each license is paired with a Secret Key for added protection.
- The number of licenses you can create is equal to the number of active connections included in your plan.
How to Create a License
- Log in to the Dashboard
- Select Connect Hub
- Click Generate New License
That's it! 🎉 You've just created your first license. Rememebr to keep your license info in private.
How to Get License Info
Refer to the image above - there are three key details you'll need:
- License: Required by the Pip Receiver to connect your trading account.
- Secret: Required by the Pip Receiver to secure your connection.
- Webhook URL: The address where your TradingView alerts should be sent to.
To copy any of these values, simply click the copy icon next to each item.
How to Configure Notifications
Notifications are available in paid plans only. These settings are applied per license. This means your configuration will affect all active connections that use that license.
- Go to Connect Hub
- find the license you want to configure and click Manage License
- Toggle the notification events you want to enable or disable
- Enter the notification address
Notification Events
- Notify on Success: Notify when a trading signal is processed successfully.
- Notify on Error: Notify when a trading signal encounters an error.
- Notify on Connect: Notify when a new connection is established.
- Notify on Disconnect: Notify when an active connection is disconnected.
Each connection generates notifications with detailed result information. To avoid unnecessary or annoying alerts, enable only the events you want to monitor.
Notification Channels
- Email: Receive notifications via email.
- Telegram: Receive notifications via Telegram. We support chat id, group id, or channel username.

Important Notes

If you use a private group or channel as notification address, remember to add our telegram bot and grant permissions.

If you use email as notification address and don't see the message, check your spam/junk folder. Mark our email as "Not Spam" or "Important" to prevent missing future notifications.

Connecting or disconnecting connections through the Dashboard will not trigger notifications.
How to Delete License
- Go to Connect Hub
- Click Manage License for the license you want to delete
- Click Delete and Confirm to finalize removing the license.
⚠️ When deleting your license, all active connections using this license will be terminated and no longer receive alerts.
